Condition
The canvas has been striplined. There are fine lines of craquelure and areas of minor paint loss throughout. UV light reveals an area of retouching above the oxen, to the left of the cart, to the left hand edge and in small patches throughout. Held in an a painted plaster frame. Unexamined out of frame.
