Condition

On wove paper, laid on canvas. There is a restored scratch within the lower left quadrant and a scratch in the upper right quadrant. The work has been variously scratched and scuffed towards the lower edge and right edge. There are handling marks on the lower edge. There are artist's pinholes in the upper right corner and the centre of the upper edge, although these would have been made by the artist during the creation of the work. There are two hairline cracks to the paintwork within the upper right quadrant and a chip in the lower left quadrant. The work is unframed.
