Description
- width 8.4cm.
decorated with stylized motifs, hinged lid, with key, musical mechanism with 3-cm double sided pinned disc playing one of two melodies on two alternating multi-piece combs with 18 teeth each, marked at the reverse side of the lid
Condition
Marks rubbed, small scratches of use, possibly original key, hinge stable. Mechanism functioning but might benefit from a cleaning, lever lifting the disc to change the tunes needs to be adjusted, disc appears to be in reasonable condition, all teeth of the sets fine. The gold is below Dutch legal alloy.
