Description
veneered in cherrywood, including: two settees; a pair of commodes; a pair of secrétaires à abattant; two bedside tables; a small table; a pair of bedsteads; and three mirror frames
Condition
The secretaires: overall condition reasonably good, veryminor losses to the veneers, one with splits to fall-front and doors.
The beds: with loose veneers to the inside of the bedposts and to the top of the sides, would benefit from restoration.
The commodes: with minor loose veneers, slightly dried finish, minor scratching, backfeet of one commode lacking.
Mirrors: soiled, lacking mirror plates.
red sofa: soiled, upholstery dirty and distressed to one side.
green sofa: soiled, with minor loose veneers, construction solid, upholstery dirty.
talbe: Losses to the veneers, espacially to the back, slight wear to the finish.
bedside cupboards: woiled, both with splits to front door.
