Two lithographs, 1921, each signed in pencil and inscribed 'Bolton Brown - imp.', one also titled, on chine, the first with a small stain in the figure at right, tears and losses in the right margin, one extending into the image, the second trimmed nearly to the image and laid down on wove paper, with light-stain, a paper loss at the lower right margin corner, framed (2 prints)
Condition
The White Hope:
There are small stains in the right boxer's neck and at the right edge of the image and the sheet is further discolored by mat stain. There is a triangular loss in the right margin with an associated 5 inch repaired tear extending into the upper corner of the image.
Introductions:
The print has been cut out and glued down on wove paper. There is significant light-stain and a 2 inch triangular paper loss at the lower right corner of the support sheet.
