Two aquatints printed in colors, 1938, from Cirque de L'Étoile Filante, from the total edition of 280, the first on wove paper, the second on Montval laid paper, published by Ambroise Vollard, Paris; together with, FEMME FIERE (C./R. 275), aquatint printed in colors, 1936-38, from Les Fleurs du Mal, from the edition of 250, on Montval wove paper, published by R. Lacourière, Paris, with wide margins, in good condition, faint discoloration in the margins (3 prints)



 

Condition

The prints are in good condition as catalogued. The first with a few tiny fox marks and time stain at the sheet edges. The second with pale light-stain, minor surface dirt in the lower right sheet corner. The third with a few pale fox marks in the margins.
