Condition
This early print, on semi-matte paper with a slightly pebbled surface, is in generally excellent condition. The edges and corners are rubbed and have small chips. A number of these small chips have been retouched. There are a few small areas, primarily around the corners, where a faint craquelure is visible on the print's surface. These areas are only visible upon close inspection. In raking light, a few very faint impressions and surface scratches that do not break the emulsion are visible at the print's edges. When examined at a normal viewing distance, none of these issues is apparent.
