Condition
The catalogue illustration is representative. The canvas has been relined. Two vertical resored damages run vertically through the centre of the painting (as visible in tha catalogue). The paint surface is quite abraded in certain areas and is under a glossy varnish. The inspection under ultraviolet light shows quite extensive localised strengthening and retouchings. The painting is offered in a carved gilt wood frame with several losses.
