Condition
The colours in the painting are less saturated than the catalogue illustration. The canvas has been relined. The paint surface is quite worn in several areas and discoloured retouchings are visible. Numerous paint losses can be made out. Most of these damages are visible in the catalogue. Inspection under ultraviolet light confirms this and highlights other retouchings. The painting is offered in a plain gilt wood frame with several knocks.
