bears signature centre left on the edge of the table: P.Potter.

Condition
The panel is flat, stable, uncradled and bevelled on all four edges. The paint surface is largely secure although has become somewhat abraded and there are retouched paint losses along the panel grains. There are discoloured retouchings throughout the background and draped cloth which are visible to the naked eye. Further examination under UV light is impeded by the varnish. Offered in a a wood and plaster frame with some inactive worm holes and some minor losses.
