Condition

Canvas is not lined. SURFACE: in good condition; canvas is loose on stretcher, buckles a bit at corners UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: heavy inpainting alond the lower and left edges; some outlines in darker pigments--at sitter's feet, at her neck and eyes and along lower part of bureau seem to be artist's hand, not inpaint (may have been added over original varnish)
