Condition

The painting is in good condition, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. There are small pin holes (possibly done by the artist) on the upper left, lower left and lower right corners. Examination underneath ultraviolet light reveals evidence of a small spot of retouching located on the lower right edge of the painting, which is visible only under UV light. The paint surface is in stable condition with the layers and impasto intact.
