Condition

STRUCTURE The canvas has been relined. PAINT SURFACE The paint surface is dirty and will benefit from a clean. There are also traces of craquelure throughout; this is stable. ULTRAVIOLET UV light reveals a few areas of retouching along the lower border and a few scattered spots in the in the sky, otherwise original condition. FRAME Held in gilt painted wooden frame in fair condition.
