In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Prospective buyers should inspect each lot to satisfy themselves as to condition and must understand that any statement made by Sotheby's is merely a subjective qualified opinion. Illustrations in the catalogue may not be actual size. Prospective purchasers are reminded that, unless the catalogue description specifically states that a stone is natural, we have assumed that some form of treatment may have been used and that such treatment may not be permanent. Our presale estimates reflect this assumption.

Catalogue Note
Michela Rosa
Michela Rosa started her training in 1995 working next to her uncle, the world renowned jeweler Michele della Valle. Her education with him included traveling to the Far East always in search for rare and precious colored stones. Later becoming the artistic director, Michela Rosa coordinated the production of the ateliers of Maison della Valle. From this experience she began to learn the secrets of the goldsmith's art and familiarize herself with the most renowned international jewelry brands while cultivating her passion for design. Most recently, Michela Rosa has created a line of jewels which bear her name. Thanks to its fashionable character and freshness, the collection has immediate success in the European market. Lots 11, 12 and 13 demonstrate the artistic sensibility of this fresh new artist.
