Description
The straight-line necklace suspending a drop-shaped motif supported by numerous rondelles set with circular-cut rubies, to an adjustable clasp pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 600mm; and pair of matching pendent earrings; the rubies altogether weighing approximately 62.85 carats, mounted in 18 karat blackened gold. (2)
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the rubies are of medium, slightly purplish red colour, in strong saturation, eye clean. Under 10x loupe, there are natural fingerprint and crystal inclusions, which do not block the overall brilliance. Diamonds together weighing approximately 0.50 carat, are probably of I to J colours, VS to SI clarity.
Condition: Necklace length is adjustable, overall in very good condition, almost as new.
