Of Art Nouveau inspiration, the body set with a freshwater baroque pearl, with diamond-set wings embellished with plique-à-jour enamel of bluish-grey to milky white tones, head and limbs pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, accented by circular-cut ruby-set eyes, mounted in 18 karat white and yellow gold.

Condition

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the pearl is of baroque shape, white colour with rosé overtone, very clean to naked eyes with only some glue residues close to the bottom or hidden area which can probably be removed by professional service and not seen to the obverse. Diamonds are probably of H to I colours, VS2 to SI1 clarity. Rubies are translucent, of strong red colour. Condition: Plique-à-jour enamel wing is very good condition. Signs of wear to the mount, particularly on the reverse, otherwise in good condition.

Our presale estimates reflect this assumption.
