Condition

There is residue and slight paint loss along all margins consistent with frame abrasions. There is craquelure visible throughout the work. Under ultraviolet light there is intermittent inpainting along all four edges and around the figure in the sky, the largest of these measuring ½ in. There is a ¼ in. line on inpainting next to the leg of the figure on the right. Overall in stable condition.
