Description

Designed as a trefoil set with three principal step-cut emeralds, within surrounds of circular-cut diamonds, further highlighted with rose-cut stones, detachable brooch fitting.

Condition

Scratched inventory numbers. Mounted in silver and gold. Emeralds measuring approximately 6.9mm x 6.0mm x 5.0mm, 7.3mm x 6.5mm x 4.6mm and 9.3mm x 6.9mm 6.0mm, weighing approximately 1.52, 1.54 and 2.83 carats respectively, emeralds a moderately strong green, typical inclusions visible with the naked eye, some small surface reaching inclusions only visible with magnifications, small chips, well matched. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.88 carats, mixed colours and clarities, principal circular-cut diamond spreads at approximately 0.65 carats, in cut-down collet setting so difficult to ascertain clarity. Frame with scratches consistent with age and wear. In very good condition.
