Condition
In good condition overall. Minor rubbing to the surface and accretion, most likely from butter lamp smoke and incense. The semi-precious stone inlay missing. A casting flaw on the left eye, repaired contemporaneously with an oval-shaped, copper colored metal, as seen in the photograph. Three cracks along the bottom edge of the base probably also casting flaws, one of which has an old copper repair, and a casting flaw at the centre back of the base. The statue hollow within, and no consecration plate.
