Condition

The frames surrounding the roundels are slightly bent in places and the gold showing some accretion and discoloration. A small safety chain is attached, not shown in the photograph. Very good condition. No obvious restoration.

A gold bracelet consisting of five oval-shaped roundels containing miniature portraits painted on ivory, depicting, in the center, Zeenat Mahal, favourite wife of Bahadur Shah Zafar, flanked by, from left to right, Jamadar Khu Shal Singh (?), Bahadur Shah Zafar, a Sikh nobleman and Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
