Steel blade, hilt of green stone with scroll quillons and rounded pommel worked in low relief with gem-set detailing to the pommel and forte.

Condition

The watered blade now with indistinct markings: pitting and nicks along the edges. The jade is in good condition and of deeper green than the catalogue illustration. The gold setting with wear to the beading and minor denting to the left forte as seen in the catalogue illustration. The scabbard is in good condition with wear to the metalwork overall.
