Condition
This work is in very good condition. The canvas is unlined and there is slight buckling of the canvas at the upper right and upper left corners. There are some areas of paint liftoing throughout the green foliage in the foreground. Under UV: there are a few horizontally scattered spots of retouching in the green pigment in the center of the foreground, and one small dot which may be inpainting in the cloud at upper left. There are a few spots of retouching where the red paint is thickest in the lower left corner and some light craquelure in the same area.
Colors: Fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration.
