• cal. 324-205 circular nickel lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, free-sprung Gyromax balance, 34 jewels, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, rotor engraved with the Calatrava cross  • two-tone silvered dial with engine-turned center, applied white gold dagger and Arabic numerals to the outer brushed ring, white gold dauphine hands, sweep center seconds, three apertures for day, date and month, subsidiary dial for 24-hour indication combined with fan-form aperture for moon-phases • large 18k white gold cushion-form water-resistant-type case, raised chamfered bezel, downturned lugs, screw-down sapphire crystal display back •  case, dial and movement signed • with an 18k white gold Patek Philippe buckle

Condition

Movement running on the day of the cataloguing. The dial is nice and clean. The case shows light wear with light surface scuffs to the bezel in particular. There is a significant scuff to the bezel at 7 o'clock and the top of the lower left lug is scuffed. The backs of the lugs show scuffs from where springbars have been removed and reattached. The Certificate of Origin is from Gubelin. The 2007 Geneva retail price for this piece is 36,900CHF.
