Condition

The movement is not running and will need to be serviced and overhauled soon. The movement hinge-pin is lacking and the movement can come detached from the case. It is not striking. The dial seems to be loose and has some scratches and a few hairlines, but overall looks rather good. The case shows some loss of enamel to the band and back in some parts. Overall the case looks very nice. There is a similar watch illustrated in Freid, H., A Cavalcade of Time, p.46, number 28.
