A very nice example. The movement is running and the alarm is functioning, however it may require service soon. The dial is very clean and attractive with no visible imperfections. The case shows very few signs of wear, with some light shop wear throughout. Together with five additional straps. All the straps for this wristwatch are made from endangered species; please refer to Important Notices for further information.

With the Réveil du Tsar, lauched in 2003, Breguet introduced two new patents through their new caliber 519F: the first for the column-wheel mechanism that locks or activates the alarm, the second one for the device that co-ordinates the alarm with the local time. This elegant and complicated masterpiece likely takes its name from Tsar Alexander I of Russia, among the ranks of esteemed and honorable Breguet collectors.

This model is particularly useful for a frequent traveler. The second time zone, with its 24-hour indicator, can be set so that one can see what time of day or night it is at one's home. The central time indicator can be adjusted both by the standard method of advancing the minute hand to the appropriate time, or by a special quick-set feature that jumps hours, allowing one to adjust the watch to a new time zone with ease.

The arc-form sector between 8 and 10 o'clock is an indicator for the alarm réserve de marche. This unusual feature allows the wearer to choose the duration of the alarm, which can run for just a few or up to 25 seconds, depending on how much the alarm has been wound.
