The brooch made of shell decorated with textured gold 'seaweed' studded with round and oval rubies, additionally set with 2 cabochon rubies, the earclips made of shell set at the terminals with 4 cabochon rubies, enhanced with gold wire decorations, mounted in 14 karat gold, signed Seaman Schepps.
Condition
Good condition. Some areas to the shells are lacking iridescence (i.e. orient). The pinkish red cabochon rubies are typically included; the faceted rubies are eye-clean. Small perforation to the mounting of one earclip.
