Description
- Pol Bury
The openwork penanular cuff decorated with a curved rectangular plaque of polished gold studded with flexibly-attached gold beads in various sizes, gross weight approximately 38.5 dwts., signed Pol Bury, French assay marks.
Condition
Good condition. The cuff is slightly warped, but this is not apparent when worn. Bracelet is also stamped Artcurial. Numbered 11/50 and bearing French assay marks for 18 karat gold. Maker's mark found near opening of cuff: P T bisected by a hand within a lozenge. A wonderfully whimsical piece.
