Description

Comprising: a circular miniature depicting the right eye of a gentleman in profile, with brown iris painted on ivory within a cannetile work frame, set with circular-cut amethysts to a pendant bail set with cabochon turquoise and amethyst resembling a forget-me-not, the reverse with a glazed compartment containing a painting of a potted floral display; together with a circular miniature depicting the left eye of a lady, with grey/blue iris painted on ivory to a cannetile work frame, set with circular-cut amethysts, the reverse with a glazed compartment, pendant loop.

Condition

Large locket : eye in good condition, some dust beneath glass, cannetile frame in good condition, hinged locket reverse containing piece of blue paper, small locket : eye in good condition with some dust and dirt beneath glass, cannetile frame in good condition, floral miniature to reverse with crack to top of miniature.
