Description

Comprising: three brooches designed as a stylised winking cat and accompanying kittens, each set with a circular-cut emerald eye and onyx stomach, the larger cat embellished with circular-cut diamonds, signed Kutchinsky, maker's marks, British assay marks for London, 1967, together with a brooch designed as a poodle accented with circular-cut emeralds, signed Kutchinsky, maker's marks, British assay marks for London, 1988, all with pouch by Kutchinsky London.

Condition

Three cat brooches: Each stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, signed Kutchinsky, maker's marks, British assay marks for London, 1967. Emerald eyes with typical inclusions visible with a 10X lens. Some tarnish, could benefit from a careful professional clean. Diamonds in larger cat bright and lively. Each with rotating safety catch. Poodle: Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, maker's marks, British assay marks for London, 1988. Emeralds well matched in colour, typical inclusions visible with magnification. Heavy brooch weighing approximately 28 grams. Rotating safety catch. Collection in good condition.
