brightly painted with an arrangement of shells reserved within a gilt-edged rectangular panel on a deep claret ground, affixed on either side with an upright scroll handle applied with beading, now mounted as a lamp, Flight Barr and Barr Royal Porcelain Works Worcester mark painted in brown enamel. Some chips and restoration.
Condition
The right handle has been off, from beneath the scroll at the top to where it pins the shoulder, and repaired back; it now lacks a 1/2 x 1/2 inch piece at the back below the scroll terminus. There are several very minor pinhead chips to the edge of the shoulder on the front left and another to the front left corner of the base. There are several very minor tiny scratch marks or flakes to the shell panel and some minor scratch marks to the claret ground beneath the handles.
