each plate molded around the center with a bowknotted floral wreath and on four panels of the rim with flower sprays and painted with a butterfly,  various other  insects and floral sprays and sprigs, comprising: two plates, two octagonal plates and a soup plate; the platter painted in the center with a large spray of flowers and sprigs, the rim molded with trelliswork panels alternating with four scroll-edged cartouches painted with floral sprays, the platter and two plates with red anchor marks. Minor restored rim chip.

Condition

Platter: Some speckling and minor wear to the brown enamel of the rim edge; Two plates: the plate with the large butterfly with a 1/2-in. restored rim chip along the edge; both with some minor wear to the glaze along raised portions of the molding. Octagonal plates and soup plate: Some minor occasional wear to the glaze along raised portions of the molding.
