Description

  • Height Original 99 1/8 in. by Width 20 1/2 in. by Depth 10 1/2 in.; Height Current 96 7/8 in.
The dial inscribed Alex Frazier Yorktown. The false plate marked Ashwin & CoThe current feet on the clock were added to lower its height. The original feet were saved and will accompany this lot.

Condition

The secondary wood is poplar; the central shell oval inlay in door is possibly restored; current feet on clock added to lower its height; original feet are in accompanying bag; side finials missing; waifer for central finial and clock winder in bag; iron weights replaced; there is a 16 ½ inch by ½ inch filler strip added to base panel.
