Catalogue Note
The "Triennale" floor lamp design was introduced by Arredoluce in 1951 in only a brass finish. The second version of the model dating to the 1950s incorporated a varied tripod leg design. Individual switches were also added, allowing each light to be illuminated independently. The present lot is likely a transition design between the two versions, as it incorporates the early base design as well as switches and chromium-plated finish from the later production.
