Condition
Overall excellent condition. The frame with only minor nicks and scratches consistent with age and use. The leather seat and arms with expected signs of aging including minor discolorations, crazing and very minor cracks, all of which are stable and only to the very top surface of the leather. The armrest with more concentrated crazing and some larger discoloration and abrasions, none of which measure more than ½ inch diameter. Leather with a beautiful patina and has been well maintained.
