Overall in very good condition. The surfaces throughout with some occasional surface scratches, abrasions and gentle wear consistent with age and use. The rear iron log supports with wear and discoloration from prior use. The two bolts which attach the front andirons to the rear log holders are slightly loose and would benefit from being properly tightened. Since our catalogue was published, we have learned of the existence of one additional pair of copper-plated andirons of this same design.
