Overall excellent condition. The original leather of the chair has recently been reconditioned and shows only very minor surface scratches and nicks. The leather and seat padding are soft of the touch. Some evidence of rubbing to the piping along the edges of the chair. The metal base with some scratches and oxidation. The ottoman in is in excellent condition with very shallow surface scratches to the leather portion.
