Condition
Overall in excellent original condition. The wooden back of the chair with minor scratches and some nicks and dings to the edges. The leather seat with some minor crazing and surface scratches. The leather is slightly loose with some minor indentations as seen in the catalogue illustration. The metal base with pitting, oxidation, discoloration and scattered surface dirt, which is consistent with age and use. The chair has a beautiful acquired patina. The chair and wheels move with ease. With some losses to the chromium-plating, largest loss to the plating of the reverse of the vertical standard of the back, as seen in the detail photograph in the catalogue.
