- height: 12cm, 4 3/4 in.
rectangular, enamelled in translucent white over wavy diaper engine-turning within a gilt-spotted green border, the circular apertures with glazed portrait miniatures of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra, the reverse with paper label inscribed König Edward VII und Königin Alexandra von England, apparently unmarked, in original fitted leather case stamped Collingwood & Co/ To The Royal Family/ 46 Conduit St/ London

Condition
Excellent condition apart from area of loss, approx. 10mm, to green translucent enamel at lower right corner, which is visible in the catalogue photo. Minor scuffing and staining to leather case.
