  • 102cm. high, 67cm. wide; 3ft. 3¾in., 2ft. 2in.
of inverted breakfront form with a domed cresting above a rectangular plate flanked by freestanding columns and Doric capitals, the frieze and apron centred by winged cherub masks flanked by flowerheads and panels of scrolling foliage

Condition

Plate re-backed. Cresting strengthened at the back. Some refreshment to ebonising on the reverse of the pilasters. Old minor marks, chips and scratches and wear to gilding in places, commensurate with age. Some old minor restorations to scrolls to sides of cresting. Later mirror plate. An attractive piece. In overall good original condition.
