- 61cm. high, 49cm. wide, 27cm, deep; 2ft., 1ft. 7in., 10½in.
the boarded and moulded seat above an arched apron, on tall ring turned columnar supports joined by peripheral stretchers
Condition
Good considering age and use. Of firm stance. Attractive colour and patina throughout. Seat with typical marks ad indents and there is a split along the length of the seat. Traces of old worm in the arched aprons and one short lateral frieze has a loss in lower corner. One leg with partial split in turned section and extending to the upper square section and also with fragmenting on the inner corner of the lower square section of this leg. Another leg with upper square section with partial splits and fragmenting on the reverse showing in the under frame. Usual old chipping and wear to turned details on all legs. Stretchers and turned feet with wear though tidy.
