- A Bidjar carpet
- approximately 373 by 262cm., 12ft. 3in. by 8ft. 7in.
Condition
reovercast sides; lower end guardstripe rewoven, upper end left hand side extreme corners rewoven; 15 by 10cm patch in lower border barely visible from face of carpet; pile generally fair with some patchy wear through central portion with one cobbled repair, some spot tinting, some over dyeing, reweave approximately 8 by 5cm, scattered small reweaves; carpet is slightly splayed, and is roughly 5inches wider at upper end than lower end, sound useable condition.
Colour Notes:
Illustration looks a little flat. Carpet is more sparkly with greater definition more attractive than illustration suggests.
