Condition

lower end slightly reduced, oxidised browns, sidecords restored, outermost narrow barber pole guard removed at lower end, end overcast, upper end mainly with 1cm original flatweave, upper guardstripe with two rewoven 'bites', upper right hand corner with restorations, sidecords rebuilt, pile generally even, approximately 3mm, glossy well-dyed wool with good range of colours, dark browns partially oxidised, flexible handle.
