Color: fairly accurate to illustration with a pretty pale pistachio field, cream medallion and border. Attractive pastel decorative elements. Pile: generally very good, near original 1/3 to 1/2 inch throughout with very minimal wear. Good flexible, robust handle. Sides: sound with original selvages intact. Ends: sound with original 2 inch flatweave turned under and sewn down. In very good overall condition, slightly grubby, would enhance with cleaning.
