Description
the pillow, 19th century, carved in the form of a recumbent boy on his stomach, his dimpled face turned with a smiling expression, his arms wrapped around the underside, one hand holding a jade disc on a tassel, the feet bent up; two wristrests, 18th century and 19th century, of arched rectangular form and incised with calligraphy, one also carved with bamboo and rocks; the third wristrest in the form of the flattened culm with three joints, incised with two large characters in seal script and a seal (4)

Condition
The pillow is in good condition with deep patina. One of sides, carved with a series of smoke/steam, has some minor chips that are barely noticeable.
Wristrests in good condition with ink stains. Large one with vertical cracks.
