Description

  • A Procession of Birds
six-panel screen, from handscroll paintings, ink and color on paper, mounted later on brocade as a screen

Condition

Please see page 199 to see the whole screen. The far right (the lower right on the catalogue illustration on page 239) has some paper wear to the upper edge as can be seen in the illustration. There are a few minor paper wear to the second and third panels from the right. Overall, paper ground has some old stains but consistent with age. The screen mounts are in good condition.
