decorated in gold and iro-e hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, kimpun, shell and mother-of-pearl inlays, the cover with an oval panel depicting two doves on a riverbank in front of narcissus, overlooking mountains and a lake, on a kin-ji (gold) ground with sprays of leaves, the interior in nashi-ji (2)

Condition

There are few surface scratches on the gold ground of the lid, and there is a spot on the upper left corner but very minor. Overall condition is good.
