Description
of rectangular form with canted edges, decorated with gold and silver hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, kirigane and hirame with iris, hollyhocks (aoi) and candocks (kohone) around the yatsuhashi bridge, on a nashi-ji ground, the inner tray decorated in the same techniques with iris and water plants growing wild along a stream, the interior of the box and cover in fine nashi-ji (3)
