Description
the grand rectangular carpet with a central field comprising golden, rust and blue tile design, centered by a cloud-band-bordered lotus and floral medallion, stylized dragon spandrels within a buff meandering foliate scroll border, framed by two inner guard borders and an open deep-blue outer border

Condition
Pile is generally good, approximately 1/8 of an inch throughout. Scattered replied moth damage, mostly visible in outer blue borders, with the largest repiled area being approximately 5 inches by 6 inches in lower end border. Further repiling to other colors, not extensive. Sides possibly reselvaged, with the right side curling under in most areas. Ends secured with binding stitch. Very supple handle, good overall condition, ready for use.
