Description
the large flattened vessel very well hollowed out, finely carved on the sides in high relief with four boys including Liuhai carrying a double-gourd with his toad crouching below him, the boys dressed in long flowing robes and well defined with expressive faces and broad grins, each supported on jagged rockwork and billowing clouds rising up from the base, the neck flanked by a pair of scroll handles, the cover of conforming section and surmounted by a floral knop, the stone of a pale celadon tone mottled with golden-brown inclusions

Condition
There is a bruise to above the double-gourd of approx 0.2 by 0.1cm and another to the top of Liuhai's head of approx 0.1cm. There are nibbles to the mouthrims of the vase and cover, but otherwise the piece is in good condition overall.
