Description

the deep rounded sides rising from a tall spreading hollow foot to an everted rim, anhua decorated to the interior with a broad undulating lotus scroll band

Condition

The stem bowl is in good overall condition with the exception of a 3cm., long firing line at the top of the stem, a small flake and loss of glaze to the bottom edge of the stem (possibly contmeporary to manufacture), a restored rim chip, some minor firing imperfections including iron-spot glaze imperfections, pinhead-sized glaze holes and light glaze scratches.
